I am a strong believer in words that I live by. 2010 is a new year for new beginnings and I am adding five new words to my list. In my opinion these are definately words that can be applied to all aspects of your life.  I would like you to apply them to your 2010 lifestyle and behavioral change action plan. 

These five new words are:

  1. Faith
  2. Belief
  3. Adaptation
  4. Trust and
  5. Synchronicity
